I’m a down-to-earth, intuitive, and strategic, design thinker with many years of experience as a start-up consultant and strategic facilitator for organisations and teams.

I know what it means to have no clear direction or purpose. I thought I could figure it out by reflecting on it and waiting for the day when the penny would drop — but to be frank, it didn’t work.

Eventually, I discovered a different way: thinking and acting like a designer — brainstorming, experimenting, testing, and staying curious. In the end, purpose is not a destination; it’s a lifelong journey full of ups and downs.
